February Update from Red Ted Art


Well, time is flying by! I hope you have all had a good few months. Time for some crafty inspiration and an update from Red Ted Art!

As you know, at Red Ted Art you can find weekly Kids Crafts and weekly Tutorials to inspire you to get crafty with or for you kids, family and friends. Or you know, just for yourself!

Kids Get Crafty: Walnut Mouse RacingWalnut Mouse Racing – personally I adore this craft. These little walnut mice are so cute. So easy to make.. the “race” element is a cheeky little trick that makes them huge fun!

Walnut Boats – and if you still have some walnut shells left over, make some of these cute little boats!

Kids Get Crafty – Hearts (for Calendar February)Heart Cards & February Picture – you may remember that we are working on an “annual” calendar to present as a Christmas gift to Granny – a picture a month which we will save for said calendar. Come see what February’s picture is, as well as our “I love you cards”, that we made and sent to different members of the family!

Robot Cards – a super duper 10 min craft to keep all young children happy. Cut out some pieces, glue them on, hey presto a lovely robot card – or picture! Whatever you prefer!

Baby Can -  I also revisited an “older post” about my little girl beginning to draw. Although this post was written with art in mind, I  think it applies to any favourite family activity of yours – stop by, read and remember that Baby Can!! (and wants to!).

Get Crafty

February’s Get Crafty was “Love Get Crafty” – there could of course be no other. You will find a selection of ideas to get you crafty – with kids, for kids, for adults or inspire you in the kitchen… mmmh. You must go and have a look and make some one feel special all year round!
