This family-sized self catering holiday accommodation, ideal for large families, groups, or up to four couples, is over 1,000 sq feet in size. It is large enough for 6, 7, or 8 people. The ground floor offers an open plan fully equipped kitchen, L-shaped living room with comfortable seating, together with a spacious open dining area, and hallway. All four bedrooms have a flat-screen TV, and downstairs living areas have a DVD player.
12 Green Close has 4 super stylish bedrooms. Three are upstairs, set out as; master king-size with en-suite (walk in overhead shower), and double walk-in wardrobe, another king-size bedroom with double walk-in wardrobe, and a twin bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, plus a large family bathroom with a shower over the bath, all furnished to a superbly high standard. Downstairs there is a twin bedroom with under-bed storage, a freestanding wardrobe and tall boy unit.
A baby highchair and travel-cot are included at no extra cost (no bedding provided).
Outside this holiday accommodation there is a well appointed garden, with a patio equipped with table and 8 chairs, and brick barbecue, set in a south-facing back garden.
