Fit4birth – low impact aerobics class for pregnant women from 12 weeks+. Start from any point in pregnancy. Class included aerobic moves, toning, stretch and relaxation.
Springback – low impact aerobics class for post natal women where baby comes along too. 30 mins aerobics, 30 mins toning.
Buggyfit classes – outdoor powerwalking class with strengthening and toning exercsies for post natal women.
