Massage Therapy - Time to reconnect to yourself and your body 4. Clinical Hypno/psychotherapy - Supporting the changes you want to make in your life Anne's work is entirely support and solution focused, she has over 15 years experience as a therapist and has learnt "you know better than anyone what is best for you" - she will support you to discover what that is and how to connect with it fully
