Cocoa Jones specialises in children’s and family portraiture, in the style of contemporary/documentary photography.
Based in Dulwich, South-East London, we work wherever our photographic assignments take us. This is mostly in the home-counties of Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire & Buckinghamshire. As well as the west country of Somerset, Wiltshire, Dorset & Hampshire.
We also cover weddings, providing several photographers who are trained in a range of styles, from studio photography to reportage journalism. We can use various disciplines to suit your requirements .
We photograph portraits of families, babies, newborns children, pregnancy, couple/engagements, head-shots, parties and events. The majority of our work uses a discreet modern photo-journalistic approach. This allows the moment to happen spontaneously, in the style of reportage, rather than setting up group shots in the traditional rigid way. Lighting, composition, and capturing special moments, are key.
