Cool2Care is a childcare introductory service, bringing together families with disabled children and people who want to work caring for them.As a not-for-profit social enterprise we recruit, screen, CRB check and train care-workers or personal assistants (PAs), matching them with the families of disabled children.We understand how difficult it can be to find trusted, flexible and skilled care for your disabled child. Our staff are highly experienced in finding the best level of care for your family and can guide you through the introductory process. You can be assured that you and your disabled child will receive the right support from caring and fully trained individuals matched to your individual needs.Whether you are looking for full or part–time care, holiday cover or support for a few hours a week, we are here to help. Our childcare service is available to families living in selected areas throughout the UK with new offices opening all the time.

Alternatively, if you’re interested in being trained to work with disabled children then we’d love to hear from you and we run regular training courses.

In addition to Care-Workers or PAs we also offer Workforce Development Training and Volunteer Befriending projects in certain locations.
