We make certain that a recent CRB check has been performed, they have recently attended a paediatric first aid course and we obtain up to date references. It is also important to us to meet families in order to gain knowledge of their childcare expectations and requirements.
We aim to meet the needs of both parties to ensure a perfect nanny-family match, resulting in a happy nanny, family and most importantly, children. Advice, support and guidance are provided throughout, and we will follow up with families and nannies to ensure everyone is happy with the match.
