I am an independent Human Resources expert. I help companies to establish themselves as employers in a legally compliant and commercial way. I deliver bespoke documents such as contracts, handbooks and policies, taking into account the company’s culture and the message they want to give to their employees.
Working with GA Human Resources helps you and your workforce to work successfully together to make your business a continued success. We can analyse training needs, deliver programmes, manage employment relations and help you to recruit the right staff for your business.
If staff issues do arise I guide my clients through them e.g. disciplinaries, grievances, tribunal claims.
