I work with small and medium businesses, where there is no in house HR provision, helping them to get the best from their employees on a retained or ad hoc basis.

I help my clients to run their business effectively by giving them pragmatic, business focussed people solutions. I aim to handle sensitive issues in a positive way, thus building strong relationships based on trust and integrity.

I can help you with any situations you have with your employees and ensure that the solutions and processes work for your business and are legally compliant.

I have particular expertise in managing employee issues, but also have experience in Recruitment, employment law, contracts of employment, absence management and training.
