Angela Hope is a Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist offering a complete fitness and rehabilitation programme to help make sure you have a fit, healthy pregnancy from conception through to motherhood. Personal one-to-one training, group exercise classes and Buggy Workout.
Prenatal exercise promotes well-being:
- Keeping you and your baby healthy during pregnancy
- Preparing you for birth and reducing recovery time
- Keeping weight under control
- Reduces stress and increases energy levels
- Alleviates the common aches and pains of pregnancy
Postnatal exercise:
