Fertility Yoga
Trying to conceive can be a physical, mental, and emotional roller coaster. Fertility yoga classes provide a space for self-care, solace, and support. Learn poses to nourish the reproductive organs, open the heart centre and promote deep relaxation. Breathing exercises and meditation are also incorporated to help manage stress and anxiety. Connect with yourself and a community of women on a similar path to motherhood.

Pregnancy Yoga
Prenatal yoga is recommended by many midwives and doctors as an excellent way for mums-to-be to stay fit and healthy. Yoga can help reduce back and pelvic pain, encourage restful sleep, and diminish heartburn, constipation and joint swelling. It may also increase energy, decrease stress and anxiety, and assist the management of pain and discomfort during labour and childbirth. All poses, breathwork, and meditation taught in class are designed to support the overall well-being of the mother and encourage her connection with the baby. This course is suitable for women in week 13 – 42 of pregnancy. The Relax & Recharge course is recommended for the first trimester.

Mother & Baby Yoga
To aid postnatal recovery, mums practice positions to strengthen the muscles of the abdomen and pelvic floor, release tension in the shoulders, upper back and neck, improve mood, and provide deep relaxation. Babies are actively engaged through movement, fun rhymes and songs, offering fantastic opportunities for bonding between mother and child. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to socialise with other mothers experiencing the ebb and flow of life with a new baby. Classes are relaxed and informal in nature to allow you to feed, change or cuddle your child as needed. Open to mums and babies 6 weeks to pre-crawling (around 9 months).

Relax & Recharge Yoga
If you feel stressed, tired, or rundown, then this course is for you! Through this practice you will gain valuable tools to help you cope with the hustle and bustle of modern life. Passive, prop-supported, floor-based poses are combined with breathing exercises and meditation to induce a state of peace. This can minimize fatigue, improve sleep quality, reduce blood pressure, increase energy, and decrease depression and anxiety, leaving you relaxed and recharged.
