Based in Rossendale, Lancashire, HR Consultancy Metis HR works with organisations throughout the North West of England.
The help that we can provide for you will probably fall into two areas; help dealing with problems with staff and help with human resource policies. Whatever the help is that we provide it will be (1)help when you need it, (2)provided by a qualified human resources professional, (3) an honest assessment of the situation, (4) calm and practical.
Unfortunately we can’t guarantee that an employee won’t take you to an employment tribunal. What we can guarantee is that working with Metis HR will move you positively towards preventing a successful claim against you.
Our work with you will:
(a) significantly reduce the chances of having a successful claim brought against you
(b) take some of the workload off you to resolve the issue, if that’s what you want
(c) give you the advice and support of your own human resources professional dedicated to supporting you
