Mummy Movers is different from other exercise classes because we offer a fun, safe environment for women expecting a baby and for new mums who can bring their babies along too! Classes will improve cardiovascular fitness, strength and stamina, which will enable mums to cope better with their changing body and get back into shape after giving birth. There is no requirement for coordination or dancing ability as the exercises are
performed on the spot either standing or on the floor (to background music). All exercises have various adaptations appropriate to each pregnancy trimester and stage after birth. Classes are all breastfeeding friendly and a changing facility is available!
