Hello Ladies & Gentleman!

My name is Reshma and I teach regular 1 day and 2 day Hypnobirthing courses at 2 fantastic locations. One, on Hampstead High Steet NW3 and the other in the lovely Vitality centre on Merton Road, Southfields SW18.

These are 2 very popular choice of locations that are for couples who are interested in learning on how to empower themselves, using a range of Hypnobirthing techniques. These have been uniquely improved to help couples feel really confident and positive, as well as having a very calm and painfree birth.

I have a background in yoga, pharmaceutical and alternative medicine and with all this knowledge combined, I have helped many couples to achieve
positive births that are priceless!
