A few words about me..

I am a life, health and business coach and a master practitioner of NLP. I am an ex- community and specialist health visitor - in my last post I was the specialist health visitor for families with children with significant disability or educational need, or life limiting illness. I have a son of 14, and I have had a very varied career. I work holisitcly with my clients addressing primarily their habits of thinking, feeling and reacting which limit them - this has great benefit in all areas of their lives. I love what I do, and give a free trial session so would be clients can find out about coaching and what they would like to focus on.
