My professional background is as a charity CEO in the health and social care sector. I loved seeing the difference that our services made to people's lives and was proud to be part of an Age UK team, campaigning to make the lives of older people better. Over time, I came to the realisation that if I was going to run a business, I wanted to make all my own decisions. But this was not my over-riding priority. Salaries are not great in the voluntary sector and pay increases were small. The more I thought about it, the more I realised that I wanted to be financially independent because this would give me security and peace of mind, as well as the freedom and opprtunities to live the life of my dreams. Last year, a friend told me about Forever Living. I took some time to look into the company and to find out more about the network marketing industry as well as the products. The more research I did, the more I liked what I saw. The market potential for health and well-being products - both in the UK and abroad - is huge. In the UK, the company has Investors in People to Gold and Champions level so I knew I could be assured of excellent training and on-going support. After much research, I realised that I had found exactly what I had been looking for! The means of achieving my goal of financial independence, whilst providing an opportunity for others to achieve greater control over income and lifestyle.
