Hi I am a Eileen, I teach and empowers children, teenagers and parents let go of stress and anxiety. Providing online kids meditation, mindfulness programs and stress coaching sessions for kids of al ages. I am a stress management expert, healer, therapist, meditation teacher, life & stress coach who began studying reiki and meditation over 25 years ago.
