Camp Cupcake

Camp Cupcake is a well established cake, cupcake and partyware shop based on Smithdown Road, Liverpool, L15 OEB. We cater for everthing for your party from the cake or cupcakes to the decorations and balloons. If you’re looking for something different to do for this years child’s birthday, hen party, baby shower or team building session, then our Cupcake Decorating Parties, held in our party room are for you. We also have a selection of “Pop in and buy” cupcakes in a range of flavours for you to pop in and buy. Ideal for a treat after tea or for a gift. We also have cake decorating equipment and tools on sale, so if you’re making your own cupcakes and cakes at home, we have everthing you need.

How about a cupcake party?

What do you do?
Each party is themed slightly differently depending on the age of participants, but basically we:
Learn how to dye and mix buttercream
Learn how to dye and mix sugarpaste
Use cutters, moulds and tools to create our own decorations
Learn how to prepare and use a piping bag
Learn the different types of swirls that can be achieved from different types of nozzles
Pipe buttercream onto our cupcakes
Dress our cupcakes using the decorations we’ve made
Use silly amounts of glitter and sparkly stuff to make our cupcakes fabulous
Make as much mess as possible
A little bit more about the sessions
The sessions are £20 per person with a minimum of 5 participants and a maximum of 16. We may be able to cater for more than this, so please enquire.
Sessions are held in our Party Room, and last for 1 hour. We allow an additional ½ hour for children’s cupcake decorating parties. We appreciate all this fun is thirsty work, so a glass of juice will also be provided. We also provide invitations for you to invite guests, goody bags and nibbles. If you would like a giant cupcake for singing happy birthday with on the day, this will be offered at a discounted rate of £25 (normally £45)
