Soozi has a special talent in combining training with the power of practical team development. She links theory and practice in a fun and memorable way which increases learning and enjoyment - ensuring improved performance at work. She builds on successes to increase people’s skills, capability and confidence in the workplace. Soozi has used her unique combination of skills at international level working with many different cultures and adding value through enabling individuals to realise their potential. She believes that transferring practical learning back to the work place is vital, adds real value and creates sustainable results for the business. Experience: Soozi started her career in the Health and Fitness Industry culminating in launching her own company in 1994. This was involved in the management of several corporate fitness facilities, corporate wellness consultancy and health promotion. Her interest in behavioural change and personal effectiveness then lead her to join PA Consulting, working at Sundridge Park Management Centre. Here her skill and enthusiasm for facilitating learning was harnessed and developed in addition to fulfilling her passion for outdoor/experiential team building. She later joined Paradigm Consulting where she was responsible for designing and running management development programmes for all levels, both in Asia and the UK. In 2005 she set up her own campany specialising in enhancing individual and team performance, where she has worked with many different organisations and individuals. Recently Soozi has become involved with educational establishments, sharing her experiences and innovative learning methods with students of all ages to help them realise their potential.
