Puddle Ducks Aqua Natal classes are designed to be fun but also beneficial exercise suitable in pregnancy right up until you have your baby.  Following the class there is also an opportunity to relax in the water and to meet other mums to be.

Baby and Pre School classes

Puddle Ducks’ fun programme offers unique baby swimming, toddler swimming and child swimming classes packed full of fun with lots of music and rhyme.

Babies and children can join our swimming classes at any age from birth, developing from water babies to confident swimmers without even realising they are learning to swim.

By engaging each child’s abilities and natural affinity with water, Puddle Ducks offer simple steps to a lifetime love of swimming. Children learn lifesaving, swimming and underwater skills whilst having fun in the water!

Our classes run in line with school terms including locations in Worthing, Littlehampton, Arundel, Chichester, Cosham and Waterlooville.

The classes can be joined at any age from birth to approximately age 4 and can also be joined part way through a term.

It does not matter if your little one is starting their swimming journey for the first time or if they would like to continue learning to swim – we would love to see you in our classes!
