Childs B-Scene Coat Review
We were asked to review a coat from the B-Scene range. This is a new range of coats that has a revolutionary new aspect to help protect our children whilst out in the dark. The coat is made with reflective material integrated into the coat so that when a car shines its headlights towards the child; their coat reflects it back, making them more visible.
This is a wonderful idea as it is always at the back of parent’s minds that during the winter months when the nights get darker quickly, if their children are out playing, they may not be seen until its too late and they are involved in an accident.
The coats are just like normal coats, we chose the boys bomber jacket which is for my youngest. I chose the 5-6 years so he can wear it when he starts school in September, but he has actually already been wearing it and he is 4.
The quality of the jacket is amazing; it is fully lined and can be washed. This is especially great with small boys as they do tend to get everything very mucky! There are plenty of pockets for storing phones, stones, sticks and toy, all the usual items I find in my washing machine as I have forgotten to empty the pockets!
It is a great coat with a fantastic safety feature that will help you to feel your child will be safer when out walking when it’s dark.
