Are you fed up of waiting in all day for a parcel, only for it not to turn up, and the on-line company you bought it from won’t help?
When we started Strider Bike UK back in 2010 we decided to ensure that this wouldn’t be the case for our customers.
I have been in this position on many occasions, buying toys online for my own kids and have felt for a long time stressful deliveries are unnecessary! After all, if I am spending my money, I expect not to have to take responsibility until I physically own the product…not when some company claims they sends it!
After all, buying a present for your child should be fun for parents too, after all its your hard earned cash. Nor should the experience be filled with trepidation as your child hangs off you leg whilst you peer down the road wondering which of the bright coloured vans could be for you!
We are different. We know our product is fabulous and our customer service is second to none but we also have a great delivery service. We also don’t penalise our customers living remotely, with the Scottish Highlands also falling under free shipping!
Not only do we ship for free, we deliver the next day within a ONE HOUR predicted slot. You are emailed in the morning, first thing, with the time your courier will deliver. Not convenient? No problem, you can rearrange your delivery to suit your convenience.
Now you don’t hear “mummy when is my bike coming?” but “can we go to the park straight after my bike gets here!”
