Local Business Mums Conference Set to Recognise Local Success.

After the success of Cambridge Business Mums Conference 2011, founder Alison Pinney is organising another exciting conference which includes the launch of the new business awards aimed at recognising and celebrating local business mums.

With engaging speakers, including Darren Tom’s, this conference is set to inspire and ignite local business mums as well as recognise their achievements with the new business awards. A great event to interact with like-minded mums, building local networks to drive businesses forwards.

The Cambridge Business Mums Conference and Awards are being held on Saturday 11th February, starting at 9.30am at the breath-taking Newmarket Racecourse, chosen for its sensational views and its ease of access, the ideal location situated in the heart of the east of England.

Alison says “it is very empowering to bring so many women together and to support them in their quest to run and build on their own business.  This day is ideal for networking and building on new relationships within the business mum environment.  The Business Awards are aimed at those business mums who bring outstanding and exceptional products or services to the community… we have already received lots of nominations but there is always room for more”

Water Babies (Cambridge & Peterborough) are sponsoring the Best Business Mentor Award. The concept behind Water Babies is a simple one. They are teaching parents to teach their baby to swim. Yet from this basic premise comes so much more. To find out more visit: http://www.waterbabies.co.uk
