LOCAL COMPANY WINS IN NATIONAL FAMILY-FRIENDLY BUSINESS AWARDS SCHEME
The winners of the prestigious mumandworking 2011 Awards have just been announced – and Best in Glass from Sevenoaks, Kent was one of the 7 national winners!
The 2011 mumandworking awards are organised by www.mumandworking.co.uk and reward, recognise and celebrate the companies and individuals that make flexible working possible. The awards highlight those shining examples which prove that family-friendly employment not only supports family life but gives real benefits to the companies and businesses involved.

The awards were hosted by the fabulous inspirational coach Alexandra Watson as seen on the X-Factor, across the national press and founder of the ‘Happiness System at Work. There were a wealth of exciting categories embracing the full employment spectrum – from working parents, flexible employers, mumpreneurs/parentpreneurs alongside 2 new awards for the best start up of the year and the best growing business and Best in Glass from Sevenoaks, Kent was winner in the Start Up Business of the Year category.

Best in Glass allows men and women build their own businesses around having a sociable night in. Best in Glass Consultants take guests through the basics of wine tasting in a fun and sociable environment, followed by the opportunity for guests to mix their own cocktails following Best in Glass tailored guides, they even get to use Best in Glass equipment to shake the perfect mix! To compliment the evening there is a range of boutique wines and spirits available to browse as well as a beautiful range of desirable home bar accessories ideal for personal purchases or as gift items.
