New Chocolate Workshops in Surrey!
Cloud Cocoland is teaming up with Four Gables Food Academy in Ashtead, Surrey, providing chocolate workshops – and you can book your place now… A limited number of places are available in September.
Cloud Cocoland’s Chocolatier (me!) will teach you all the skills you need to make lovely truffles from the comfort of your own kitchen. Learn to temper chocolate correctly, and learn those little tips of the trade you need to “wow” your friends and family with your creations.
So come and meet your chocolatier in person, ask all those chocolatey questions you’ve always wanted to, and go home with bags & presentation boxes filled with your very own creations!
There will be a tempering & truffle making workshop in the morning, a delicious leisurely lunch will be provided, and after that you will use your new tempering skills to create a beautifully decorated heart trinket box from chocolate.
These workshops make a wonderful gift, a great birthday get together or are also fab for corporate days out…

The day costs £110, which includes all ingredients, a lovely lunch and a goodie bag to take home with you (not to mention all the delicious chocolates you’ve made!)
